Coach had me do the first 2 1200's of the 30/40 workout. The first one was super hard, but my times were close, and I was way over my head on the second one. Then I did a 15 minute tempo, which was more like a fartlek because I was so tired that I had some fast and some slow portions. Today was a good start to getting whipped back into shape if nothing else. Splits of the 1200s:
