Comments:
Spent the middle of the day at a Mexican restaurant eating heaping plates of food. Obviously this did not bode well for running later. Thankfully, we had kind of a low-key practice and just ran one 1200. Just tried to get into a rhythm a little under 5:00 pace and did that. Looking pretty good for the 2 mile this season. Need to do some more strength-oriented workouts though.
