Resting HR: 56. Sleep: 7.5 hr. Had an easier time falling asleep last night.
Cheered Tim on in his time trial before heading up to the cardio room, 10 min warmup (lvl 10), 40 min tempo (lvl 13), 10 min cooldown (lvl 10), listened to Motley Crue and watched Sports Center, max HR was 176, stomach was a little unsettled to start, tough to stay mentally focused for such a long time, waved to Sweet Cheeks who was ellipticaling, outside for the second test run.
