Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Dear diary,
Today I saw a boy.
He told me we could stop the world.
Then I ran a workout.
I think I calculated the meters right but I'm not sure...
It was fine. 300 accelerators from 2 mile to 1 mile to 800 to 400 pace. It was hard but consistent.
The first one was a little fast but the rest were consistently 1:05ish, give or take a second.
Also, 400 pace feels a lot like all out pace.
