Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
4 in hawthorn and 1 on the grass. so my knee has folded tissue in it and the bone is bruised. i can run on it but i'm not supposed to run through the pain. as of now i'm racing saturday but if it hurts bad on friday after the workout tomorrow then i won't race. so i'm keeping my fingers crossed right now.

core and hurdles after practice too.
