Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
It was wonderful being at practice again with people!! Was feeling a bit tired from the traveling etc, but still was anticipating a good solid hard workout. Warmup from the parking lot to turtle park and drills etc there, then run to au with a lap steady and 7 striders. Initially, was told to do 6 300s. First one was 109, then 2nd, 3rd, was from 110-112. It felt good and hard and it felt nice to push. Took the approach of taking it out cruise, then pick it up, then all out on last 100. Definitely proved to be a good strategy and what I needed, considering I've gone out on pretty much all of my races too hard on the first 400 or so. About a minute of recovery in between On the 4th and 5th, definitely slipped up a significant amount, to 119 and 117, but picked it back up to 110 on the 6th. Surprise!! 2 more 300s for Emma and Sammy and me. Nice to have 2-3 minutes recovery going into the 7th and 8th. Hit 111 and 110. I was a bit nervous after that the times should have been faster at this point, but letting that go for now and itll work itself out in time I think. Random strength stuff after, then more at home! Estimating time!
