Weather: cold and snowed a bit, fml

workout, not a great one again but hey, we gotta get back into the swing of it right? still tryin. did 200, 400, 800, 800, 400, 200, and my times werent too bad. hit the marks we set everytime, or did better. goodish day. guessed on the warmup and cooldown cause i dont feel like measuring lol. the second 800 especially killed me but its been so long since ive felt that challenged and pushed that it actually felt good in a way
