Comments:
Hit the bike after Double D was finished his cooldown. Talked with him some about coming back from injuries, and then with Ethan about summer training. Started my timer a few minutes in but after it started got 10 min tempo, 7:30 CD. Felt like more of a leg workout than a cardio workout, but if my legs need work more than my cardio does, still workoing on things that need to improve.
