Comments:
Snuck out at 11 for a run; did a couple mile warm-up, then went into an "easy tempo". Started at the Autzen Bridge, focusing on good breathing and FORM: I saw pics from Chuckanut, and I'm STILL sidegliding left! F! So I focused on running tall with some SGR.

Stride and legs felt really good; I eased into it, running about 6:05 for the first mile, then sub 6 for the next half. The splits:

Jogged back to work for an in-service, then back out again w/Jeff. TIRED on this second loop, so we slowed it down in the middle.

Good run; clearly still tired but great that my legs aren't trashed OR that I don't have heel pain! :)
