Stupid Weather

It's bipolar and making my sinuses unhappy. I've been sneezing and sniffling since the end of my run, or about 4 hours now. Boo.

Had to do strides today, and decided I'd do them on the track. Got there via Little Italy taking 124 to 123 and then Euclid to 118 around the baseball field. Ran a lap on the track then started at the 200 start, taking a lap break after 1 and a 1.5 break after the second so I could have the wind at my back on the straight. Was supposed to run them at 3k pace, and I think I did, but idk honestly. Didn't feel overly fast, but they weren't difficult. 6 laps total on the track, then back out and around the baseball field again and back through campus.

PT, did more today, hitting all the areas, especially the hamstrings again. Stretch. Roll.
