Made myself run kinda hard on the warmup to get myself goin, really tired today. Quads still really sore from Tuesday, obviously had an effect on today's workout. Just couldnt get my legs moving today, wanted to run all in the 5:30's, didnt happen haha. 5:46, 11:39, 17:35 finish. Really mad that we did this workout and I pretty much wasnt ready for it. If we do another wokout tomorrow Im bullshitting it, my legs are done for this week. Easy cooldown on the outside of the fence.
