Comments:
On bike path. Got there late so I jumped in at 600 of an 800 interval. We were 2:16 pace, next 800 was 2:24. Avg 67 for the 400s with 90 second jogging recovery. mile we kept easy around 5:30 and the last 800 i did in 2:28 which was 400 out and back so it was probably more like low 2:20s since i had to stop and change directions. long warm up and cool down.
