Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Night run after getting to the hotel. On bus for a while, legs were getting tight even if I couldnt feel it. Went out along the highway looking for W&L with Chris, Carter and Drew. It was dark, we had on dark clothes, and there were cars moving quickly. We just turned around at 10 min. On the way out knee was really tight, much more than I would like. Felt a little better on the way back. Back and hip really good.
Got back and did hips, back (no hammies no equipment) with Chris in room while watching basketball. Then stretch, rolling with a baton (damn!) and L7, push ups and ice.
Im going to go out there and do my thing tomorrow. If it doesnt hurt it isnt fun. Im going to be having fun.
