Tough but good workout

Comments:
3x300 with 100 jog rest in between 300s and 800 jog after 3rd 300 x 5. Felt pretty good and controlled, even splitting hitting between 47-49. Always through the 100 in 16, 200 in 32, and last 100 varied. 100 rest averaged 33 seconds and 800 rest was 4:20. Set 1 was 49's straight, set 2 was 48's, set 3 also 48's, set 4 was 47's, set 5 was 47 48 48. Tried to chase people down on set 4, good practice
