I did a 4 mile Kenyan today since I'm still not racing yet. I had no idea what to expect, but I far exceeded my expectations. This was the best Kenyan I've ever done. I didn't think there was any chance I'd be under 5:00 on the last mile, but I did it by kind of a lot. Splits were 5:55 5:38 5:22 4:43
I did 2400 of 4 hurdles per 400 afterwards too. I forgot how much fun it is to hurdle tired...
