Comments:
jogged for like 10 minutes, then did four 4-minute pickups with 2 minutes recovery in between. the pickups were brisk but not insane...probably around 7 minute pace. then jogged back to the condo the long way (let's be real, i got lost). really pretty here! first 15 minutes were all downhill, then ran along this path that overlooks the ocean, then ran home, which was of course all uphill haha. it was really nice though :)
