And I mean that in more ways than one. I need to take better care of the "little things". That said, my run tonight went beautifully so far as my foot goes. Didn't feel it at all. Watched House, which was nice because it was a really good episode, and it's a way better show that the stuff usually on the TV in front of the treadmill.

Bird dogs x 100. I don't know why, but when I'm up late or just tired in general, I usually find that my lower back is sore. In high school especially, that was also a problem in races. I'm hoping that these will help with that.
