Hills!

Got back home at like 6pm, threw on running stuff and headed out. Taking tomorrow off so wanted to get that workout in. Started out a bit off from time zone change/long plane ride etc. Started out, warmup jog, then ran 47th place hill, then went along macarthur and ran part of chain bridge, then up dana to loughboro then down foxhall. Took all hills hard and pace felt fine, and turned out to be a really good workout! crunches and planks after. not too excited for tomorrow, but should hopefully be back running tuesday. but I'll still be at practice =)
