Comments:
Ran two 800's today. Not the greatest in my opinion. I had no real pop in my legs. Its just so much different from how the 5k was last night. I was able to settle in on the pace in that race where as its like crazy fast from the gun which I'm not used to at all.
In the open I got boxed pretty much right away and never really got out. I was just like thinking its time to chill out like I did in the 5k which really doesn't happen. I ran like the whole last stretch in lane 4.
In the 4x8 got the baton pretty far down and ended up passing 2 teams. But thats becasue their runners ran slow not becasue I ran stellar or anything.
Overall it was ok a couple 2-2:01's but I'm definitly glad I had last night because I'd look at this weekend way different without it.
