took warm up easy following the ride...
1 mile jog + 4x200 @ 35 w/ 200 jog between
7x800 avg. 2:44 w/400 between. There is a huge difference in perceived exertion between this run on tired legs and fresh!! (last thurs)
half mile cool + stretching + 50 hill lunge
