Pool workout

Exercise Type: Swim

Comments:
Pool workout as usual. 5 min warm up. Wkt one 20 min aqua jog wkt two 15 min swim little cool down. Felt kinda tight from yesterday but that's understandable. The swim was good I did two breaths the whole time.

Back upstairs for a nice hips back hammies. Then static 2. Roll L7 and planks. Tight at end but run should loosen up.

Water pit could be open on Thursday which would be legit.

I have come to terms with taking a meet off. It's like parkhurst. I could have gotten second to nick Madison but I waited then pred big time at stacs. I have learned patentiece and will use it.

Again wrote this on my iPod. Its annoying.
