Scarfed Again

Comments:
11:30, out to the 1.5 mark on MLK and back. Felt pretty good for the most part, stopped to stretch out a couple of times on MLK. I tried to focus on not bending at the waist as much today, and it was kind of difficult because of tightness in my hip flexors and back. Decent run.

Stretched well and rolled upstairs.
