Comments:
Went out for my usual loop today. Felt pretty bad starting out. But I felt better coming back. Just kinda tried to relax and run easy since that seemed to work last week. Kinda tried to keep it under control since I ran this same loop fast yesterday. CoachL hasn't sent out the Wednseday workouts yet so we'll see how that goes.
