Great workout for me. Did 15 miles of 800 @ 2:50 then 3:20 and then cut it down for the last 5 or so. Many of my fast 8's were a bit faster, but I kept the recovery steady. Good run, I'm ready to eat some turkey my right hip is kinda hurting.
