Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
about 2:45, through the quad to Euclid down to Lakeview and took the outside to the Shoe Tree, little extra loop on the return trip that added about a quarter mile I think. Stopped to stretch once or twice when I felt some pain in the hip. Didn't feel terrible overall.
Had PT this morning and got some new exercises to target the glutes specifically. Also need to work on loosening the hip flexors even more than I have been, because I can feel them pulling me forward and making me run with a lean that I don't want.
Stretched well after as well as one set of one of the new glute things.
