First "workout"

Comments:
Warmup and cooldown on the mill in the cardio room. CD at 1.0 incline. Ran 1 mile on the track in between. Coach said hard and to shoot for 5:30 to 5:40. I was thinking more like 5:20, but started off shooting for 5:30 pace anyway. And that's all I got. 5:31 was way harder than it should have been. I'm out of shape (even for me) and not happy with it. Only major plus side to the workout was that I didn't feel my foot at all.
