Weather: Veale track as there are inches of snow outside currently

So the snow forced us to workout inside today. We did the same workout we did last week except this time inside. It went a lot better today than last week. I felt I had a lot more pop.
The 800's felt really good. I felt comfortable like I would if I went out at that pace. Kept every thing under control the first set but kinda picked up the intensity the second time around. I've got a couple days to recover so no big deal.
Running the 15/8 double this weekend. Rumors of a 4x4 as well. If I do run the 4x4 people will probably be mad cuz I'll need a good cool down. Coach and I talked and I'll probably not run another 5k until confrence. Its weird to think that I won't be running the 15 there with how indoors went. But that didn't really matter last year. Prett much all this weekend is about is getting a fast 15 time hopefully.
2 sets 800, 400, 2x200 with equal distance jog recovery.
Paces 2:08is on the 8's, 58 for the 4's 30's for the 2's
