Comments:
No gym in 3 weeks. Almost completely lost any motivation to stay/get back in shape. In one more week it will be 6 weeks for the foot so I plan to try running then. Need to be very careful though because now I'm back where I was. Instead of getting in shape and adding running, I'll be running from almost nothing and looking to get hurt again.
