Steeple drills

Comments:
Met up with Brooke today for drills. It was nice I felt pretty good after yesterday. It was surprising. We did all the warm up stuff the went straight to water pit practice in the sand. I got it down after a few. I was off in the beginning but remembered which was really good. No run overs. I'll do those on Saturday. Exciting stuff

Then I did hips back hammies static 3 roll and L7. iced for a little bit I'll do more after swimming. Back is sore after knee not to bad.
