Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Didnt feel like running after class. Jumped in the pool for a little more workout. Swam for about 30 min straight pretty good. Did 2 breaths the whole time. I was kinda bored, not to tired. lower quad/knee was kinda weak.
Back upstairs for stretch, roll, L7 abs and ice while sprinters/ the Vaughns were practicing. So legit. Easy mileage tomorrow, then workout this weekend.
