Exercise Type: Run
Weather: cold and rainy
Comments:
(10x100)x2 ... supposed to do the set of 10 100s three times instead of two times, but ended up doing TONS of crunches, push-ups etc instead. but the good news is: I DID ALL THE PUSH-UPS ON MY WRIST WITHOUT EVEN MAKING A FIST AND IT DIDN'T HURT!!!!!! i guess doing all that strengthening and then taking most of break of to let it heal really helped :)
