Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
3 mile warm up, plyos, 800m of ins and outs, hurdle drills, then 5x1200(3:43, 3:44, 3:45, 3:48, 3:43) 3 min rest. I'm a little sick so it was a hard to breathe and I didn't feel very well but I was able to finish the workout fairly relaxed. First workout where I've felt strong at the end in awhile.. 2.5 mile c/d
