started the Michigan, splits - 5:26, 5:07, 5:41, 8 minutes rest waiting for Ben & Nate, finished their workout with them, 2:30, 2:28
CD to Veale, stretch
well this was disappointing. first tempo mile was good, I struggled to hit a 5:07 when I was shooting for 4:50, and my 2nd tempo mile was a struggle at 5:41. then decided to finish Ben & Nate's workout. screw it, throwing today in the trash and forgetting about it.
