well this was disappointing. first tempo mile was good, I struggled to hit a 5:07 when I was shooting for 4:50, and my 2nd tempo mile was a struggle at 5:41. then decided to finish Ben & Nate's workout. screw it, throwing today in the trash and forgetting about it.
