Was going to run on the Sudeck track with Jim but the baseball team was practicing on the football field again.  Ran later on the mill.  Started at 6 a mile and slowed down a bit.  My shins were feeling really tight so I stopped at 2 miles in for 2 minutes to stretch them.  The last mile was a lot more manageable.  Could feel my foot a little this evening, but not much.  Might bike tomorrow, I'll see how it feels.
Sleep: 8 hrs.
RHR: missed it (woke up because of a fire drill)
