Comments:
Ran from home to pick up car after repairs. Very windy (20 mph with gusts up to 45). Seemed to be running directly into the wind the whole way. A relatively hilly course as well. Took a short stretch break at 2 miles. Drank 15oz water. Over 20 miles in a week for the first time in over a month.
