sunday swim

Woke up this morning to a fire alarm. Right before I was going to wake up to. As I jumped down from my bed, I could feel how sore my legs were from yesterday. Not even thinking I forgot to put pants on again, and went outside in my boxers. NBD. Anyways moral of the story is I am sore from the hurdles and Michigan. Nice day in the pool though. Met Thea at veale. We did 5 min kick warmup, I showed her wkt 1 and wkt2, then I saw for 30 minutes. Had a bathroom break at 10, but otherwise it was consistent. It was all 2 breaths, just trying to loosen up and shake out. Felt better at the end.

Back upstairs to stretch, roll, L7, and hips. Tim and I chatted before he started to get ready for his run. Cant believe there is 3 weeks until Conference. If you are reading this Big Joe "Its time to put up or shut up". Now go do some push ups. Anyways excited to race again at OWU. Its been a year, and I have been thinking about my return. I told myself last year that I would be back at that meet and ready to have fun.
