3*mile tempo on Michigan loop w/ 1:00rest, splits 5:18, 5:18, 5:14
4*400 w/ 200rest, splits near :70
CD to Veale, stretch, pushups, planks
my whole lower body hips down felt good until the 3rd tempo mile, then my right hip, left hamstring, and left knee all came back to being noticeable the 3rd tempo mile. but it didn't hinder me on a moderately easy workout. We'll see how my body (both my legs and my fitness) responds Wednesday trying to take all the 1000s sub-3:00, should be doable w/ 3:00rest. just keep playing the balancing act :)
