Comments:
Ran the 5k workout since nobody was doing the 1500 workout... should have done the 1500 workout with the ladies, but they weren't going yet. The tempo miles were a bust- apparently I have no aerobic fitness right now. Definitely a disappointment, but at least the 400's felt good. Could feel my toe some by the end, which is why I didn't cool down. Workout was:

400m striders
2x tempo "Michigan" mile loop with 1:00 rest
4x400 somewhat faster than 5k pace with 400 rest between

Splits: 5:52, 6:24, 72.3, 76.3, 78.8, 73.6 with kick

Abs, buddies from 10 with Bobby, Brett, Justine, and Drew, ice bath afterwards

Sleep: 5 hrs
RHR: 44
