Comments:
1130ish, out to the 1.5 mark on MLK and back. Was a bit windy on the way out but rather pleasant otherwise. Tried to keep my hips upright and make sure I wasn't over-striding. My hips were really sore when I got up today, but the post-lifting sore, which makes sense after yesterday. I didn't really feel them at all during the run, which is always a positive. As I was running I thought about my racing mentality and how I never really had it right, and also how I haven't had the opportunity to race since it finally clicked. I know I can accomplish what I want to, I just need to be healthy when the opportunity arises.

Stretch and roll well in the training room, need to stretch again tonight probably.
