Upstairs - downstairs. 5X15 inclined board sit ups -sliders.3X15 ben knee inclined unit sit ups, 3X 15 lean over lift ups. all leg exercies, 30 ball on the wall 5 X 15 lat pull down 5X 15 hamstring leg alternates and doubles, 5 X 15 lie down hamstrings,Used the back of knee strap for some, and no strap for others.
