Comments:
We did a 6 mile tempo on the airport to small water loop. The first 4.5 miles felt super easy, but then the wind was a little tough on the last couple. We ran a decent pace overall, but I have definitely had a lot more impressive tempos than this one. Mile splits were 5:42 5:39 5:21 5:27 5:25 5:25 for 33:02. 4x200 afterwards.
