Sidwell meet!

Overall, soso day. The whole not-knowing thing somewhat got me more than expected, I wasn't as focused racing as I could have been. I also ran in trainers to give it more of a workout feel, so that may have added to the heaviness as well. Mile wasnt great but I guess ok for a workout...? 800 was eh, got boxed in/pushed/tripped and fell flat sooo had to restart that which got me more than I thought as well...But I guess good for a workout, just not up to (my) racing standard yet.

Overall, I know I'm in a racing slump, but I also know I'll come out of it. For now, hang tight, staying positive, and itll end soon I hope. Because I know how I'm training absolutely does not reflect in races, so I need to find out how to click the go switch on racing.

Lots of inbetween race jogs/keep warm jogs/cool people down. so got some running in, not as much as I would have liked but thats ok =)

A few things physically to make a note of-right hip flexor tight, calves have worked themselves out, left foot pretty banged up along with various parts of the rest of the leg. Lots of ice, tiger balm and love should do the trick =)
