Comments:
finished run, pounded a quinoa almond meal cake w/ walnut butter and a smoothie. Stretched... and hit the pool.

Can't remember the last time I was here, but felt dang strong in the water. Then 3 laps before my distance goal the hammys threatened to seize up. Took it easier but finished.
Jogged home + stretch
