Comments:
2:15, Murray Hill to E. 123 to Euclid to E. 118 around the baseball field and onto the track via the access road. Jogged a lap and to the 200 start for my first strider, 200 recovery after the first one, 600 recovery after the second and then another lap after the third for a mile and a half on the track. Back to Veale through campus.
Didn't focus as much on staying upright and watching the stride length as I should have early on, paid more attention to it later on. Felt pretty good on the strides, probably did them faster than coach's prescribed 3k pace. Felt really good overall today and I'm happy with the progress I'm making, but I'm not going to settle.
PT pretty well after, along with a pretty good stretch and roll.
