Weather: NRV track after the cold front moved through.

=Ben Yavitt all I have to say.
Ran the 1500 workout today. Coach told me and Grogan to chill on this and I feel like I sorta scomplished this.
The 600's were kinda rough in flats. I felt like I was working too hard to hit the times here same with the quarters although I pushed the last one a little bit too much. I'm chalking this up to not being adequetly warmed up for the cold that started after it started raining.
Once we changed into spikes things got better. Was able to move and relax running the paces we were supposed to be running. Really turned into a whole new workout at that point and I felt great.
Jamin is a Badass he was flying today!
Coach and I also decided to try the steeple at confrence today. I'm pumped!!!!
WOrkout: 2x600 @ 66 quarter pace with a 600 jog
2x400 in 62 with an 800 jog
5 min to put spikes on
3x300 in 48 with 300 jog
4x200 in 30-31 with 200 jog
