hard workout repeat 400s

Comments:
we didnt have any markers, so we went by time and pace. Im pretty sure we were hitting the pace so we went more than 400 meters in the 73 seconds each time. the 73s were probably 69 pace and the 67s were about 63 pace. felt ok though. really long workout, the cooldown was painful and long but good that we did it. 12x73 seconds at mile pace, not going to log them separately. jbrs on all of them.
