Comments:
Looking at how well I accomplished my goals for this track season:
1) Lead by example. - I hope that my dedication and optimism provided an example for all;
2) Make both conference squads. - Failed. If it weren't for the foot injury, I probably would have;
3) PR: 3k- sub 9:00, 5k - 15:15, 10k - 31:10. Did PR in the only race that I ran this track season (15:27 - indoor 5k);
4) Do the "little things/essentials": sleep, ice bath, stretch, lift, abs. - Always tried to get in a comprehensive training program;
5) No hangovers. Dry after Spring Break. - Only one hangover during my visit to LA. Managed to stay dry after Spring Break until I found out that I am not fit enough to make the conference squad;
6) Enjoy the last collegiate season! - Despite the injury, I enjoyed myself as much as possible.
