Comments:
CP..ella..goose..booty and coach on today's workout. we warmed up from school to 15 minutes out on the greenbelt east. 5 x's 2 minutes with 6 second recoveries in between 1,2,3 then 2 minutes after 4,5. (walking recoveries) we covered 2750 meters during the 10 minutes, or 550 meters for 2 minutes. 4 minute recovery after the 5x2 minutes then 10 x 1 minute going up millers mill rd. to settles rd. for the completion of 10x1's taking 60 second recovery walks in between.280 meters on average for the 60 second repeats. we covered 7.5 - 8 miles today. great workout.
