hallway sprints

Weather: inside (rainy and icky outside :(

Comments:
joints feeling a lot better than yesturday (not 100%, but getting there)
the hall sprints were a lot of fun. finally by the last one my legs were actually moving and lifting. the first ones were kinda slow. wanted to do more - and as william said - use that energy/aggressiveness tomorrow. i'm excited! stomach flipping in anticipation...
probably shud ice tonight just in case - not injured, but always good be be safe -- but really really dont wanna...we'll see
