np to coventry: Premeet

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Chill premeet run with Flick, Drew, Grogan and Carter. Grogan and Carter went out to lee i think and Drew and Flick and I turned at Coventry. Did a little campus loop to add on a little. Felt good. Quads a little sore, but NBD. Just gonna go tomorrow.

4 striders on the indoor track when I got back. Felt nice to open up stride and stretch out. Met with coach right when I got back. Watched the footage from Virginia. I understand what I was doing now that I have seen it. I wasnt doing the water correctly. I was dropping off like I would on the flat section (one tap then down). It completely slowed me down. I know that I need to get out and keep moving. I also stuttered coming in. Hit it in stride like a run, propel off, one foot in one foot out, keep on going. Coach thinks I lost 7 seconds on just those last two barriers. Goal is to run a clean race tomorrow. A clean race will be a good time.

Stretched, rolled, L7 and ice and abs, while listening to the meeting. Coach agrees that it is important to score at conference. I want to be there for the team, because they were there for me.
